We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, and manage project execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Job Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute civil and structural working drawings.
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure quality workmanship.
• Manage site preparation, foundation, RCC, masonry, and finishing works.
• Ensure proper curing, quality control, and compliance with approved specifications.
• Lead and coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the project schedule.
• Inspect construction materials and ensure proper quality, quantity, and storage.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, site logs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP engineers, and the head office regarding project progress and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and construction standards.
• Verify completed work, monitor subcontractor performance, and maintain proper project records.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.
