• HSC
• Bachelor/Honors

Experience

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): MS Office Package like as MS Word, Excel etc.

• Age 18 to 35 years
• Must be proficient in Bijoy Bangla Typing
• Typing speed of 30–40 WPM in both Bangla and English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
• Skilled in document preparation, verification, and file management
• Responsible, honest, and punctual
• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and organize documents such as official papers.
• Receive and dispatch letters, messages, and documents while maintaining proper records.
• Provide customer support and necessary information professionally.
• Handle phone calls professionally and transfer them to the appropriate person.
• Report complex issues to the Team Leader as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
